A method for enhancing delivery of at least one substance through a surface of and into a subject. The method includes situating the substance adjacent to the surface of the subject. The method includes placing at least one ultrasonic signal emitting device (100) adjacent to the substance such and to the subject. And, applying at least one alternating ultrasonic signal (200) to the substance using the ultrasonic signal emitting device so as to effect movement of at least a portion of the substance through the surface and into the subject. |
