abstract |
The invention provides a hydrophilic member and a supportnfor a planographic printing plate with a hydrophilic surfacenhaving hydrophilic graft chains and a cross-linked structurenon a substrate surface formed by hydrolysis of an alkoxide ofna metal selected from Si, Ti, Zr, and Al and condensationnpolymerization and it is characteristic that the hydrophilicnsurface contains a hydrophilic graft polymer, which is ancopolymer of a macromer having hydrophilic functional groupsnand a structural unit having a silane coupling group. n Further, the invention provides a hydrophilic graftnpolymer that is copolymer of macromers having hydrophilicnfunctional groups and structural units having silane couplingngroups. |
