abstract |
The present invention provides: (1) pharmaceuticalncompositions for angiogenic therapy which contain, as the activeningredients, at least one substance selected from substances havingnvasodilating effect and/or platelet aggregation inhibitory effect,nand substances producing them; and a gene encoding an angiogenesisnfactor; (2) agents for potentiating the angiogenic effect of a genenencoding an angiogenesis factor that contain, as the active ingredient,nat least one substance selected from substances having vasodilatingneffect and/or platelet aggregation inhibitory effect and substancesnproducing them; (3) an angiogenic agent which contains a prostacyclinnsynthase gene as the active ingredient; (4) pharmaceuticalncompositions for angiogenic therapy which contain ets-1 gene andnanother gene encoding an angiogenesis factor as the activeningredients; (4) an agent which contain ets-1 gene as the activeningredient for potentiating the angiogenic effect of another genenencoding an angiogenesis factor; and (5) an angiogenic agent whichncontains ets-1 gene as the active ingredient. |
