The present invention relates to a process forntreating perfluorides in which a perfluoride treatment undertakerncarries out decomposition treatment of perfluoridesndischarged from a manufacturing plant (1) by using anperfluoride treating apparatus (17) connected to said manufacturingnplant (1), and the cost of treatment of perfluoridesncalculated according to the amount of perfluoridesntreated by said perfluoride treating apparatus is communicatednto the owner of said manufacturing plant (1). Accordingnto this process, it is possible to reduce the cost requirednfor the decomposition treatment of perfluoridesnwhich cost is to be defrayed by the product manufacturer. |
