abstract |
In pixellated electronic devices such as polymer emissive displays (PEDs), good operating lifetime is achieved through the use of a high resistivity buffer layer of conductive organic polymer (112) between the anode layer (110) and the photoactive layer (102). The improved high resistivity conductive layer (112) gives long lifetime with reduced or no cross-talk and current leakage between neighboring pixels. |
