abstract |
The invention has for its object to propose an adhesive,nwhich can be used in microsystem technology. Henin particular, is said to be capable of objects made of polymethyl methacrylaten(PMMA) with silicon or metal to connect reliably and permanently.n n n According to the invention, an adhesive consisting of anSolution of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) in glycidyl methacrylaten(GMA) and monomethyl methacrylate (MMA) as well as a radicalnStarter suggested. The adhesive can in particularncan be used for bonding where one of the adhesive partnersnconsists of PMMA. For making an adhesive connectionnthe adhesive is applied and the polymerization is awaited. |
