titleOfInvention Method and composition of cellular reprogramming
abstract The present invention provides methods and compositions useful in treating certainndiseases herein termed "Aberrant Programming Diseases", including cancer and AIDS.nAccording to one aspect of the invention, there is provided a method for treating annindividual having an Aberrant Programming Disease comprising administering to saidnindividual an effective amount of a composition selected from the group consisting of annexpression vector, a double stranded oligodeoxynucleotide, and an antisensenoligodeoxynucleotide; said composition capable of regulating expression of antranscriptional regulator, said transcriptional regulator being expressed by the AberrantnProgramming cells and further characterised by exhibiting a therapeutically useful changenin said cell behaviour in the Programming Test. In a separate embodiment new antisensenoligodeoxynucleotides are provided.
