abstract |
The purpose of the present invention is tonprovide polymerization catalyst which can produce quitenefficiently (co)polymer having number average molecularnweight and number of molecules which are accuratelyncontrolled in producing method of (co)polymer by thenpolymerization of polar unsaturated compound, andnprovide living polymerized (co)polymer obtainednaccording to the producing method. For the purpose,npolymerization catalyst composition which comprises thencomposition comprising organic oxysalt compound andnhydroxycarbonyl compound having at least both annalcoholic hydroxyl group and a carbonyl group in thensame molecule is provided and the polar unsaturatedncompound is polymerized by using the polymerizationncatalyst composition. The composition containing thenobtained (co)polymer were able to providenthermosetting powder coating composition havingnparticularly excellent characteristics. |
