According to the present invention, there is provided anreactive solid support having a porous substrate wherein thenporous region has a fine pore diameter of about 2nm to aboutn1000nm, a porosity of about 10% to about 90% and a thicknessnof about 0.01µm to about 70µm, to the surface of which a groupnof vinyl sulfonyl groups or their reactive precursor groups arenfixed by covalent bond via a linking group, respectively.nAccording to the present invention, a probe of a nucleotidenderivative or its analog nucleotide such as an oligonucleotide,na polynucleotide, or a peptide nucleic acid can be fixed in highndensity with high stability on the surface of a solid supportnhaving a porosity. |
