abstract | The present invention relates to a method of detectionnand determination of toxic agents, characterized by thenfollowing steps: reacting at least one substrate with annenzymatic system comprising the FAc and FAl enzymes withnformation of at least one product P; measuring thenconcentration of said at least one product P; causing anninteraction of the enzymatic system with at least onentoxic agent included in the compounds having an organo-phosphoricnand/or organo-halogenated structure, presentnin the matrix submitted to analysis, by addition to saidnat least one substrate and to the enzymatic system of ansample to be analysed; measuring the concentrationnreduction in said at least one product P by detection ofna signal of an electric nature. In addition, the presentninvention relates to a bi- or tri-enzymatic biosensor. |
