DIOXIN DERIVATIVES AND MEASUREMENT METHOD BASED ON SAID DERIVATIVES |
abstract |
The invention provides a high-sensitivity technique for measurement and detection of dioxins which has advantages inherent in immunoassay, and markers to be used in the technique. Biotinized dioxin derivatives of the general formula (1) and an immunoassay for dioxins characterized by using such a derivative as the marker (1) wherein X is hydrogen or chloro; R1 is a biotin residue; R2s may be the same or different from each other and are each an arginine residue or a lysine residue; n is an integer of 1 to 5; and m is an integer of 1 to 3. |
