titleOfInvention Surface treatment method and material treated by the method
abstract In a surface treatment method of treating thensurface of a material to be treated, by irradiatingnwith light the material to be treated and a mediatingnmaterial in contact with each other, the mediatingnmaterial itself causes substantially no interactionnupon irradiation with light. The surface of thenmaterial to be treated is treated by provision of anchemical reaction field, in which a substituent ofnthe material to be treated and an atom of atomicngroup of the mediating material is induced bynexcitation, by irradiating with light by using thenlogical product of the contact interface between thenmaterial to be treated and the mediating material andnthe light irradiation region, thereby causing andnprogressing bonded state transition.
