Anmethod of producing the transparent electromagnetic radiationnshielding sheet and a display device such as a plasma displayndevice and a CRT (cold-cathode ray tube) having the transparentnelectromagnetic radiation shielding sheet placed on the frontnsurface of a display panel of the display device are alsondisclosed.
