titleOfInvention | Method and apparatus for developing photosensitive resin relief printing plate |
abstract | A developing method for a photosensitivenresin printing plate which can reduce the cost forntreating waste liquid by using an aqueous developingnliquid not containing surfactant and recycling andnreusing the developing liquid. A photosensitive resinnprinting plate which is hardened in a prescribednpattern by exposure is developed by spraying an aqueousndeveloping liquid comprising either water only or twonphases of gas and liquid to a surface of printing platenunder a high pressure (water pressure 1 to 30 MPa, gasnpressure not lower than 0.1 MPa), a hygroscopicnphotosensitive resin mixed in a worn-out developingnliquid is separated and removed by means of filter ornthe like, and filtrate is recycled and reused as andeveloping liquid. |
