Process for measuring aerosol particles in gas samples |
abstract |
A method for determining aerosol particles in gaseous samples, in particularnin exhaust gases from diesel engines, the at least indirect separation of thenAerosol particles on a piezoelectric vibrating crystal and the determination of thenVibration parameters of the piezoelectrically excited vibration of the crystal element.n n n In order to ensure the necessary reproducibility and thus a high quality of the measurements reliably and regardless of the type of aerosol particles, the piezoelectric crystal element (1) is excited to vibrate less than half the deposition time of the aerosol particles. |
