The invention concerns a method for obtaining a plant having an enriched content of cysteine and/or glutathione, comprising steps which consist in: transforming at least a plant cell with a vector containing an expression cassette including a sequence coding for an adenosine 5'-phosphosulphate reductase (APR); culturing the transformed cell so as to generate a plant containing in its genome said expression cassette. |
