The present invention provides a method ofnproliferating a microorganism capable of degradingna hard-to-degrade organic compound, comprisingnproliferating at least one microorganism capable ofndegrading a hard-to-degrade organic compound selectednfrom the group consisting of Janibacter genus,n Pseudomonas genus, Rhodococcus genus, Desulfomonile ngenus, Alcaligenes genus, Bacillus genus, Streptococcus ngenus, Acinetobacter genus, Achromobacter genus,nParacoccus genus, Rhodobacter genus, Rhodobacterium ngenus, Methylosinus genus, Mycobacterium genus,nNitrosomonas genus, Corynebacterium genus, andnMethanotrophs, in a culture medium containing bothna substance capable of inducing the degradationncapability of the microorganism and Fe ions, underninorganic conditions. The present invention alsonprovides a method of degrading a hard-to-degradenorganic compound by using a microorganism capable ofndegrading the hard-to-degrade organic compound,ncomprising a step of controlling the degradationncapability of the microorganism by adjusting thenconcentration of Fe ions in the culture medium. |
