abstract |
The aromatic polyamide film of the present invention has microdomainnstructures having sizes of not less than 5 nm and not more than 600 nm. Thenfilm has an easily adhesive property and is suitable for use in printed circuitnboards. In addition, it is preferable for use in magnetic recording media thatnthe surface roughness Ra is not less than 0.25 nm and less than 25 nm and thenplanar orientation coefficient of the film is not less than 0.16 and not more thann0.60. n And, in the production method of the present invention, the relation of antime T (minute) to the thickness t (mm) is limited to the expression; n1.2t (t +1)≦T, wherein a time T means the time of from the start of thencoagulation process to the peeling of the coagulated film from the support andnthe thickness t means the thickness of the thin filmy product on the supportnjust after cast. By the production method, the film having thenabove-mentioned characteristics can be produced in good productivity. |
