A positive type photosensitive composition for an infrared lasernwhich comprises the following (a), (b) and (c):n (a) a substance which absorbs a light andngenerates heat, (b) an alkaline aqueous solution-soluble resinnhaving a phenolic hydroxyl group, and (c) a fluorine-containing polymer containingnat least the following (1), (2) and (3) as a copolymer component:n (1) an addition polymerizablenfluorine-containing monomer having, at the side chain, a fluoronaliphatic group, (2) a monomer represented by the followingnformula (1), (2), (3) or (4):n CH 2 = CA 1 [CO-W-R 2 ] n CH 2 = CA 1 [O-CO-R 3 ] n CH 2 = CA 1 [U] n nwherein A 1 represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, or annalkyl group; W represents an oxygen atom or -NR 1 -; R 1 nrepresents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, or an aryl group;nR 2 represents an alkyl group which may have a substituent,nor an aryl group which may have a substituent;nR 3 represents an alkyl group or an aryl group; U represents ancyano group, an aryl group, an alkoxy group, aryloxy group, annacyloxymethyl group, a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic group, orn-CH 2 OCOR 3 (wherein R 3 has the same meaning asnabove); and (3) an addition polymerizable monomer havingnan acidic hydrogen atom and an acidic group, said acidic hydrogen atomnbeing bonded to a nitrogen atom of the acidic group. |
