The invention relates to a method for producing a compound (I) or salts thereof, Q, X*, Y, Z, R, R?1, R2 and R3¿ having the meanings given in claim no. 1; characterised in that a) a compound (II) wherein Hal = halogen atom is ammonolysed to (III), a1) the reaction preferably being carried out in an organic solvent mixture (org. S mix.) containing (1) optionally halogenated aromatic HC (hydrocarbon)[solvent (1)] and (2) polar aprotic solvent [solvent (2)], in the following weight ratio S(1):S(2): 20:1, (b) the compound (III) is phosgenated with phenylsulfonyl isocyanate of formula (IV), (b1) the reaction preferably being carried out with phosgene in an org. S in the presence of isocyanates R'-NCO as a catalyst, R' being equal to (subst.) HC, with or without the addition of an amine base, if X* = halogen; (c) the resulting compound (IV) in the org. S with an aminoheterocycle H¿2?N-Het (Het = heterocycle as in (I)) is converted into the compound (I) or salts thereof, (c1) the reaction preferably being carried out in the S mixture of optionally halogenated aromatic hydrocarbon with a boiling point of more than 110 °C and polar aprotic S. At least one of the preferred sub-steps (a1) to (c1) is carried out in the method. |
