titleOfInvention | Quantitative analysis and typification of subcellular particles |
abstract | The invention relates to a method for determining and individually characterizing particles by means of at least two different detectable probes in a sample. According to said method, the particles, especially molecules or molecule aggregates, have at least one binding site, preferably a number of binding sites for at least one of the at least two different detectable probes. The at least two different detectable probes are present in the sample. A measure for the number of bound probes and the relationship between the bound probes are established by determining particles, this determination taking place on the basis of individual particles. |
