abstract |
An objective of the present invention is to provide a probe forndetecting a nucleic acid, in which a gene can be detected by ansimple operation in a short time with high sensitivity. The probenaccording to the present invention comprises a nucleic acidncarrying a labeling substance that releases energy and annenergy-absorbing substance capable of absorbing energy releasednfrom the labeling substance, wherein energy transfer from thenlabeling substance to the energy-absorbing substance isnintercepted by the hybridization of the probe with the targetnnucleic acid. |
