An antifungal fragrance composition containing as itsnactive ingredients: (a) at least one type of fragrancencomponent selected from the group consisting of annaliphatic or aromatic aldehyde having 5 to 16 carbon atoms,nan aliphatic alcohol having 5 to 16 carbon atoms and anphenol, and (b) at least one type of compound selected fromnthe group consisting of an aliphatic or aromatic aldehyde,naliphatic alcohol, phenol, acetal and ester demonstratingnsynergistic effects in the presence of said fragrancencomponent. The present antifungal fragrance compositionndemonstrates antifungal activity by adding in a smallnamount that only has a minimal effect on the scent of thenfragrance component. |
