abstract The invention concerns soluble recombinant proteins, consisting at least of a dimer which is itself formed by alpha and beta molecule chains of MHC class I or II. Said proteins are characterised in that they comprise at the carboxy-terminal end of one or both chains, all or part of a Fc region of immunoglobulin. The invention is applicable to recombinant proteins bound to an antigenic peptide in diagnosis or therapy.
