A charge transport compound having hydrazone-bridged heterocyclicngroups connected by a central bridging group, and an organophotoreceptornincluding the same are provided. The charge transport compound has formulan(1) below:n (R-Q) n -Y nwhere R is selected from the group consisting of julolidine ring groups,ncarbazole ring groups, and triarylmethane ring groups; Q is an aromaticnhydrazone linking group having the following formula:n nwhere Z is an aromatic group, preferably a C 6 to C 20 aryl group, and X is anlinking group, Y, a bridging group between R-Q- groups, is a chemical bond,ncarbon atom, nitrogen atom, oxygen atom, sulfur atom, a branched or linear-(CH 2 ) p -ngroup where p is an integer from 0 to 10, a C 6 -C 20 aryl group, a C 5 -C 20 ncycloalkyl group, a cyclosiloxyl group, a heterocyclic group, or a CR 10 groupnwhere R 10 is hydrogen atom, a C 1 -C 20 alkyl group, or a C 6 -C 20 aryl group, andnn is an integer from 2 to 6. The organophotoreceptor includes the chargentransport compound, a charge generating compound, and a conductivensubstrate. |
