abstract |
An acrylic rubber composition comprises acrylic rubbernhaving an epoxy group as a base material and a total of 160nto 220 parts by weight of additives including 50 to 80 partsnby weight of carbon black having specific ranges of averagenparticle diameter and DBP absorption and 0.8 to 2.6 parts bynweight of a vulcanizing agent, each relative to 100 parts bynweight of the base material. The composition has a specificnrange of Mooney viscosity. It has a high heat resistance, anlow compression set at a high temperature, and a highnextrudability into a hose of large diameter. Also disclosednis a heat resistant hose formed of the composition and havingna relatively large diameter. |
