Thin film el device |
abstract |
An EL device with a high luminous efficiency, a low drive voltage and a long life. The luminescent layer of the thin film EL device is made of a charge transfer luminescent material whose molecule has a part contributing to charge transfer and a part where at least two molecularorbits contributing to radiative transition are localized and which contributes to emission. |
