abstract At least partially implantable hearing system with at least one electromechanical transducer (12) on the output side and a micromanipulator (18) which can be fixedly mounted on the skull cap by means of a fastening arrangement (19) for positioning the transducer and for fixing the transducer in a position set by means of the micromanipulator. Between the converter (12) and the micromanipulator (18) there is a releasable coupling (21, 45, 50, 60, 62, 68; 22, 54, 58) which, in an assembled state, fixes the converter with respect to the micromanipulator and which, when released, allows the transducer to be removed from the micromanipulator.
