titleOfInvention | Method for cleaning milking devices |
abstract | The invention relates to a method for cleaning milking devices, using a pre-rinsing solution and an aqueous cleaning solution. According to said method, at least part of this aqueous cleaning solution is collected after the device has been cleaned and is re-used for cleaning after the milking device has been re-used. After cleaning, the milking device is rinsed with rinsing water and optionally, with a solution of a first disinfectant. Said rinsing water and if used, said first disinfectant solution are each partially collected in a pre-rinsing tank and are used as the pre-rinsing solution in the next cleaning cycle. The invention is characterized in that a source of a second disinfectant is introduced into this pre-rinsing in the pre-rinsing tank, said source discharging an essentially constant quantity of the second disinfectant into the pre-rinsing solution per unit of time. |
