abstract The invention concerns an electromagnetic actuator comprising, in a housing, a ferromagnetic circuit defining an axial displacement interval for a ferromagnetic blade (22) axially driving a rod between two extreme support positions of the blade on poles of the ferromagnetic circuit, elastic return means designed to maintain at rest the valve in a median position between the extreme positions, and at least a coil borne by the circuit and enabling to bring the blade alternately in the two positions. The blade carries a bar with radial magnetisation having a length not less than the displacement of the blade and the housing carries a magnetic flux sensor located in the zone of weak exposure to the field generated by the coil(s).
