The invention concerns novel stable water-in-oil emulsions containing: 5 to 70 wt. % of an aqueous phase; 20 to 90 wt. % of a fatty phase; and 3 to 25 wt. % of an emulsifier comprising: 10 to 90 wt. %, preferably 10 to 50 wt. % and more preferably still 10 to 40 wt. % of a mixture in any proportion of an oleylglycoside having a degree of polymerisation ranging between 1 and 3 and of an isostearylglycoside having a degree of polymerisation ranging between 1 to 3; and 90 to 10 wt. %, preferably 90 to 50 wt. %, and more preferably still 90 to 60 wt. % of a mixture in any proportion of oleic alcohol and isosterarylic alcohol; and optionally: 0 to 10 wt. % of a co-emulsifier; 0 to 10 wt. % of a stabilising agent. The invention is applicable in cosmetics. |
