Injection of a medicament involves periodic sampling of medical data relating to patient's condition with the aid of a monitoring unit (72), storing it in a data processing unit (74), comparing it with specified values, passing the result to a transmission module (70) and using it as a control signal for the injection dosing/timing unit (71). Injection of a medicament involves periodic sampling of medical data relating to patient's condition with the aid of a monitoring unit (72), storing it in a data processing unit (74), comparing it with specified values, passing the result to a transmission module (70) and using it as a control signal for the injection dosing/timing unit (71). By means of the transmission module a two-way voice connection can be established between an external control center and the patient. An independent claim is also included for an apparatus for implementation of the above method. |
