abstract | Production of polyfunctional polyisocyanate polyaddition products comprises: (a) reacting a di- or polyisocyanate with at least atrifunctional and/or a difunctional isocyanate-reactive component; (b) optionally subjecting the product to intramolecular addition; and (c) reacting the product with an at least difunctional isocyanate-reactive component. Production of polyfunctional polyisocyanate polyaddition products comprises: (a) reacting a di- or polyisocyanate with an at least trifunctional isocyanate-reactive component (I) and/or a difunctional isocyanate-reactive component (II) to obtain an addition product containing an average of one isocyanate group and more than one isocyanate-reactive group; (b) optionally subjecting the product to intramolecular addition to obtain a polyaddition product containing an average of one isocyanate group and more than two isocyanate-reactive groups; and (c) reacting the addition product or polyaddition product with an at least difunctional isocyanate-reactive component (III). |
