abstract |
This invention relates to novel single-chain Fvsncapable of inducing apoptosis of nucleated blood cellsnhaving Integrin Associated Protein (IAP). The single-chainnFvs of the invention comprise an L chain comprising the Lnchain V region of the mouse monoclonal antibodies capable ofninducing apoptosis of cells having human IAP, an H chainncomprising the H chain V region of the mouse monoclonalnantibodies capable of inducing apoptosis of cells havingnhuman IAP and a linker connecting them. The single-chainnFvs of the invention are useful as a therapeutic agent fornblood dyscrasia such as leukemia. |
