abstract The invention relates to detergent forms which have an excellent bleaching capacity, even after long storage periods; and short decomposition times, even with high degrees of hardness. The inventive detergent forms contain a bleach activator in the form of cationic nitriles of formula (I) wherein R1 represents -H, -CH¿3?, a C2-24-alkyl or alkenyl radical, a substituted C2-24- alkyl or alkenyl radical with at least one substituent from the group -C1, -Br, -OH, -NH2, -CN, an alkyl or alkenylaryl radical with a C1-24-alkyl group; or a substituted alkyl- or alkenylaryl radical with a C1-24-alkyl group and at least one other substituent on the aromatic ring, R?2 and R3¿ are selected independently of each other from the following: -CH¿2?-CN, -CH3, -CH2-CH3, -CH2-CH2-CH3, -CH(CH3)-CH3, -CH2-OH, -CH2-CH2-OH, -CH(OH)-CH3, -CH2-CH2-CH2-OH, -CH2-CH(OH)-CH3, -CH(OH)-CH2-CH3 -(CH2CH2-O)nH with n =1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 and X is an anion, the pH-value of the 1 wt. % aqueous solution of the form or the phase containing the nitrile quat being less than 10.
