abstract The invention concerns a surgical apparatus (1) with pressurised liquid jet comprising a generator (2) of pressurised liquid connected to a working liquid reservoir (3), a handpiece tipped with an active end comprising a conduit (8) and an orifice for the passage of the working liquid. It enables to form conduits (40) in the myocardium wall (17) to perform transmyocardial revascularization by laparotomy, laparoscopy or by percutaneous route. The invention is of interest to manufacturers and users of surgical and medical appliances for transmyocardial revascularization.
