abstract |
The present invention provides a crystallinenaromatic polyester resin prepuff which is superior innfoaming fusion during cavity-molding, and a molded foamnarticle and a-laminated molded foam article, using thenprepuff, wherein its fusion ratio and mechanical strengthnare particulary improved. The prepuff is formed fromna crystalline aromatic polyester resin, wherein a bulkndensity is from 0.01 to 1.0 g/cm 3 and a crystallization'npeak temperature is from 130 to 180 ° C. The molded foamnarticle is prepared by molding further expanding andnfusing the prepuffs in a mold cavity, while the laminatednmolded foam article is formed by laminating the moldednfoam article directory to the film or sheet of the aromaticnpolyester resin. |
