abstract |
A device for inscribing copper-clad laminates comprises a laser (10), in the resonator (12) of which an aperture (24) for intensity control is arranged, an expansion lens (26) for expanding the laser beam (18) and a focusing lens (30) for focusing of the expanded laser beam (28) on the surface of a workpiece (32) made of copper-clad laminate. In a corresponding method for marking copper-clad laminates, a laser beam (18) is widened and the widened laser beam (28) is focused on the surface of a workpiece (32) made of copper-clad laminate, the laser intensity inside the laser resonator (12) through an aperture (24 ) is controlled. |
