titleOfInvention Method for producing a binder
abstract The invention relates to a method for producing a binder liquor, especially for gluing veneers, fibres or chippings for producing wood materials. The aim of the invention is to produce economical and environmentally friendly binders. To this end, coniferous wood bark, especially firwood bark, is dispersed in water or aqueous solutions in a finely milled state and then heated with water vapour in a jet heater and pressed through a looped tube at high pressure in order to produce a usable binder liquor.
