titleOfInvention | Method and biosensor for detecting antigen |
abstract | A sensor chip for surface plasmon resonance which has a thin metal film, an antibody against a substance with the steroid skeleton such as a steroid hormone, a sex hormone or an environmental hormone (excluding triazine compounds), and a fixation layer for fixing the antibody to the thin metal film; and a method for detecting an environmental hormone which involves the step of exposing the antibody in the above-mentioned sensor chip to a sample, the step of irradiating the thin metal film with light and the step of determining the intensity of the light reflected by the thin metal film. This method achieves a high sensitivity and an excellent selectivity. <IMAGE> |
