Excellent impact modifiers for vinyl chloride resins, which are copolymers prepared by polymerizing 10 to 70 wt% ofna monomer component comprising 60 to 100 wt% of at least one vinyl monomer selected from the group consisting of(meth)acrylicnesters, aromatic vinyl compounds, vinyl cyanide and vinyl chloride and 0 to 40 wt% of other copolymerizable monomer in thenpresence of 30 to 90 wt% of hollow rubber particles which exhibit a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 0°C or below and a voidncontent of 3 to 90 vol% as determined in the state of a latex and contain a crosslinking agent in an amount of 0.1 to 5 parts by weightnper 100 parts by weight of the whole of the constituent monomers of the rubber. |
