The invention relates to agents for dying keratin fibers, especially human hair, comprising at least one developer component selected from a group comprised of p-phenylenediamine, p-toluene-diamine, p-aminophenol, 1-(2'-hydroxyethyl)-2,5-diaminobenzol, N,N-bis(2-hydroxyethyl)-p-phenylenediamine, 4-amino-3-methylphenol, 2-aminomethyl-4-aminophenol, 4-amino-2-((diethylamino)-methyl)-phenol, bis-(2-hydroxy-5-aminophenyl)-methane, 2,4,5,6-tetraaminopyrimidine, 2-hydroxy-4,5,6-triaminopyrimidine and of 4-hydroxy-2,5,6-triaminopyrimidine, as well as of manganese cations in levels of oxidation greater than 2. The inventive agents make it possible to carry out hair dying which is gentle on the hair using atmospheric oxygen as the only oxidation agent. |
