abstract A resin film for use in laminating for producingndecorative laminates which are equal or superior to conventionalnpolyvinyl chloride resins in suitability for embossing,nprocessability, and long-term water resistance and can bensignificantly well-designed; and a decorative laminate in whichnthe resin film has been laminated. The resin film is obtained byncompounding a polyester resin with "0.5 to 60 wt.%ncrystallization accelerator having a particle diameter of 0.01nto 5 µm, forming the mixture into an unstretched film, andnembossing at least one side of the film. The resin film isnlaminated to a metallic or wooden plate, a board, etc. tonproduce a decorative laminate.
