abstract |
An organic thin film manufacturing method is characterized bynincluding: the film forming step of bringing molecules having a functionalngroup showing reactivity to a functional group having active hydrogen intoncontact with a base material to be bonded onto the base material, therebynto form a film composed of molecules; and removing step of removing thenmolecules which are not bonded to the base material using a cleaningnagent containing at least one selected from a group of ketone, alkylenenglycol and alkoxy alcohol. As a result, an organic thin filmnmanufacturing process, by which an organic thin film with uniformnthickness can be formed without using a chlorine-based organic solvent sonthat a load to environment, is reduced can be provided. Therefore, thenindustrial significance of the present invention is great. |
