Thenfluorine-containing surface treatment composition of thenpresent invention is a surface treatment agent that isnextremely unlikely to cause ozone layer depletion andnglobal warming, has excellent storage stability andnexcellent performance characteristics as a surfacentreatment agent and is highly safe due to the non-flammabilitynor flame retardancy thereof. |
