Fluorescence imaging apparatus |
abstract |
An excitation light irradiating device (114) irradiatesnexcitation light (L3) to a measuring site (10). A fluorescence imagingndevice (120) performs an imaging operation for detecting anfluorescence image formed with fluorescence (L4), which has beennproduced from the measuring site (10) when the excitation light (L3)nis irradiated to the measuring site. An illumination device (111)nirradiates illumination light (L1) to the measuring site. Annordinary imaging device (140) performs an imaging operation forndetecting an ordinary image formed with reflected light (L2) ofnthe illumination light (L1). A controller (160) controls such that thenimaging operation for detecting the fluorescence image andnthe imaging operation for detecting the ordinary image arenperformed alternately, and such that an operation for throwingnoff accumulated electric charges is performed before thenimaging operation of the fluorescence imaging device (120) isnperformed and/or before the imaging operation of the ordinarynimaging device (140) is performed. |
