abstract |
An insect repellent composition having an excellent insect repelling effect for anlong time and an insect repellent paint composition containing the same are disclosed. Theninsect repellent composition comprises an insect repellent component, a light absorbingnagent functioning a keto-enol tautomerism, a light stabilizer for capturing a radical and ansolvent. The light absorbing agent and the light stabilizer contained in the compositionncan prevent transformation of components in a coating layer, especially insect repellentncomponents by ultraviolet having long and short wavelength. The coating layernmanufactured by utilizing the insect repellent paint composition exhibit an excellent insectnrepellent effect for extended periods of time. |
