On the other hand, a video-encodingnsystem extracts back the auxiliary packets superposed onnthe V-blanking area and the H-blanking area from an inputnbase-band video signal. As a result, a technique ofnsuperposing information on data can be changed innaccordance with the importance of the information andnrequired information can be fetched with ease.
