abstract An image-receiving film for printing and heat transfer having a support made of anthermoplastic resin film, and a coated layer having component (A) is provided, wherein (A) isnan aqueous resin dispersion obtained by dispersing an olefin copolymer (a) having annunsaturated carboxylic acid or its anhydride in water using at least one agent (b) selected fromnthe group consisting of a nonionic surface active agent, a nonionic water-soluble highnmolecular compound, a cationic surface active agent, and a cationic water-soluble highnmolecular compound, wherein the weight ratio of (a)/(b) is from 100/1 to 100/30 and (a) andn(b) each have independently a mean particle size of not more than 5 µm.
