Co2 sensor |
abstract |
A carbon dioxide sensor comprises a closed chamber having as a wall a substantially water-tight, carbon dioxide-permeable membrane (3) and containing two electrodes (5, 6). The chamber contains a film (9) of de-ionised water contacting the membrane (3) and both of the electrodes. The change in conductance of the water due to absorption of carbon dioxide is measured. |
